QuoteMoto is a digital platform operated by licensed insurance professionals to help users find insurance options. We are not an insurance carrier, and we do not issue policies. We connect you with licensed agents or carriers who do.

QuoteMoto displays logos and information about various insurance carriers including but not limited to National General, Progressive, Infinity, Bristol West, and others for comparison purposes only. We want you to understand that:

• All insurance carrier logos, trademarks, and service marks displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only.
• QuoteMoto is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the insurance companies whose logos are displayed on this site.
• By using this site and submitting your information, you acknowledge that a purpose of this website is the solicitation of insurance and that insurance agents or companies may contact you based on the information you provide.
• Any agent who contacts you as a result of your submission through our lead generation service is required to disclose this fact during their initial contact with you.
• In accordance with California Insurance Code requirements, we do not use any words, symbols, or designs that might mislead users into believing we are affiliated with government agencies or other official organizations.
• Insurance quotes provided are estimates only and subject to verification by licensed insurance professionals.
• For California residents: This site complies with California Insurance Code Section 790.037 regarding "cold lead advertising" requirements and prominently discloses that a purpose of this marketing platform is insurance solicitation and that contact will be made by an insurance agent or insurance company.

4No Guarantees

The insurance quotes you receive are estimates and subject to change. Final rates and coverage decisions are determined solely by licensed insurance providers or agents based on underwriting.

5User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse or disrupt our site
• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data
• Upload or share harmful code, spam, or malware

6Privacy & Communication

By submitting your information on this site, you consent to being contacted by phone, email, or text by a licensed agent regarding your insurance inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime.

Effective January 27, 2025, in accordance with FCC regulations, your submission of information through our site constitutes your consent to be contacted specifically by the insurance providers you select during the quote process. Each provider will require separate consent before contacting you.

7Intellectual Property
